Officially established in 2024, Meyer Development LLC is a team of dedicated individuals who have been in the game since 2021. While our current expertise is in franchise development, our goal is to become the premier choice for standalone projects, extending beyond the restaurant industry. Our team of skilled professionals is dedicated to providing top-tier general contracting services and site management, with a strong emphasis on quality, safety, and reliability.
To date, we have built 14 new Culver's restaurants across Central Indiana, renovated 4 interiors, and 6 exteriors with the addition of a double drive thru. We understand the specificities that go into each and every franchise and are willing to go above and beyond for our clients. We pride ourselves on our teamwork and collaboration, having worked with over 70 contractors across a multitude of trades.
